Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day of receipt, subject to stock availability. Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 1-7 days, depending on your delivery location. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatch so you can track it with Australia Post.

Processing your order
Any order received Monday to Thursday after 1pm, will be processed the following day. Any order received on Friday after 1pm, or over the weekend, will be processed on Monday.
Dispatching your order
If the items you have ordered are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days of your order being received. If the items you have ordered are not in stock, you will be contacted by a member of our customer service team and they will advise you when we will next be receiving stock.
If we are unable to dispatch your entire order within 4 days due to some items not being in stock, we will dispatch the in stock items and send the balance of your order once it is received. You will not be charged for this second delivery. We will send you an email upon dispatch of both your part order and your completed order.
Processing and dispatch times are not a guarantee, but are a good indicator of when you can expect your order to be processed, and dispatched from our warehouse.
Part dispatch of orders
If the items you have ordered are not in stock, we may not be able to dispatch your order within 4 days of your order being received.
In this case, we will dispatch the items of your order that are in stock, and send the balance of your order as soon as it is received from our stores. You will not be charged for this second delivery. We will send you an email upon dispatch of both your part order and your completed order.
The cost
Delivery for orders over the value of $50 is free.
Orders under $50 will incur a $10 delivery charge.
How to track the status of your order
Once your product is packed and dispatched (this will happen on the same business day if you place your order prior to 1pm), we will send you an email, with a unique tracking code and a link for you to track how far away your order is to your door.
What if I am not home when the order is delivered?
We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, Australia Post will leave a card with a unique barcode which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch and pick it up.
